ABP Capital funded a $6.75 million, 18-month loan secured by The Capri Southampton, a 30-key boutique hotel situated on 2.3 acres in Southampton, NY. The loan refinanced existing debt and provided light renovation dollars for Property upgrades.

Originally built in 1984 and acquired in 2014 by new ownership. The Capri features 12,216 SF of hotel space, a central pool courtyard, and a 2,340 SF restaurant with 3,000 SF of outdoor dining. The property operates seasonally and is slated to reopen in May 2025 with a new food and beverage operator in the restaurant space.

Located on the Southampton Bypass in the heart of the Hamptons, The Capri benefits from strong seasonal demand in one of the nation’s most prestigious resort markets.
